DEPARTMENTS OF ThE COMPANY

Esood Alblad Company has adopted modern and advanced methods in administrative and executive work, in order to compete for advanced positions among companies contributing to the construction and reconstruction of Iraq.

FIRST: BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The board of directors of the company is consisting of the basic members of the company, who have the basic shares in the company and the main duty of the board is summarized by the following:

1. Holding periodical meetings to discuss the balance sheet, distribute profits, and organize work according to each stage’s necessities.
2. Conducting emergency meetings to make strategic decisions that the general director cannot reveal.

SECOND: THE ENGINEERING BUREAU

In this department a group of specialized female engineers in accounting schedules for the projects by using the latest specialized programs in calculating the Bills of quantities and cost and also to provide the technical and engineering department by time schedules to execute projects and the percentage of periodical execution for each project and to coordinate with the owner and the consultant bureau regarding the current changes and its duty as:

1- To prepare bills of quantities of the building and services in details and setting up the correct and suitable pricing for competition and to win the tender and that will provide the owner with the best prices as the result of high accuracy in the calculation of the quantities.
2- To make sure to include the bills of quantities on all elements and the required details with accuracy.
3- To prepare time schedules for the projects under execution.
4- To prepare the current payments and to be sure of it, before submission.
5- To coordinate with the related departments in executing the project and to surmount the obsticles. 6- To prepare the final payments and presenting them.

ThIRD: TEChNICAL& ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT

he technical and engineering departments are composed of several departments and they are:

1- head of the Department The senior chief engineer is the responsible of the head of the department and the managers of the projects are connected to him.
2- The Constructional Department It is specialized in constructional works such as substructure concrete works, and other super structure and also the surveying works and to fix the gate level of theproject.
3- Building and Architecture Departmentit is specialized in all constructional and finishing works, forthe required and final face of the project, all aluminum decorations works, all kinds of paints, blacksmithing and carpentry works.
4- Electro Mechanics Department It is specialized in all electrical works inside and outside the project and calculating the loads and distributing them and also the hygienic works and sanitary disposal, heating and air- conditioning works.

Fourth: Public Relations and Trading Department

This department coordinates with governmental departments, commissions, and private companies to facilitate the company’s work by importing materials and transporting them. It specializes in obtaining the best prices and commercial works, including importing and exporting materials and equipment.

Fifth: The Legal Department

This department specializes in studying contracts, providing remarks and opinions, certifying them, and representing the company before official and non-official departments.

Sixth: Accounts Department and Personnel Affairs

This department prepares all company works, manages monthly salaries, coordinates foreign workmanship, and handles contract terminations. It also specializes in receiving payments and paying subcontractors, suppliers, and importers.

SEVENTH: MACHINERIES AND MACHINES DEPARTMENT

It is specialized in maintenance and organizing the work of vehicles, equipment and all heavy machines between the projects and all methods and way of transporting and maneuvering it from one site to another

EIGHTH: STORES DEPARTMENT

Organize and managing the material and equipments concerning the company, scaffolds, lifts, protection materials and following up its importing in the specified time and to return them to the stores of the company when they are not needed.

NINTH: PUBLIC HEALTH DEPARTMENT

This department is concerning the public health for the workers and to make sure of drinking and residential cleanness, and also to follow up the ordinary and contingent cases for the workers and their rehabilitation for the purpose of their return to work, in addition to following up the security and safety precautions inside the site.
